uiltCon, Modern Quilt Guild's worldwide quilt show, event, retreat and conference for modern quilters was held in Nashville, Tennessee in 2019. Best in Show was captured by LeAnne and the BeeSewcial group. Karen and I had two collaborative quilts displayed, "Stretch" and Quilt of the Month (QOM) "Merge". My all hand quilted piece called "Walking Hand" also hung at the convention. Workshops included paper piecing with Amy Friend & lino printing. "Cat on a Quilt" was this year's mini swap. Volunteering to hang quilts pre-convention made one appreciate how much hard work goes into setting up such a large event.
