ooking In - Winter Visitors" was made for Mirabel Club's Hope for the Cause charity auction. This 50" square quilt was foundation paper pieced largely with hand-dyed fabric. Kimono silk thread and triple batting help give them 3-dimensional features. Working a magnifying glass and 24 pieces on one eyes qualifies for extreme paper piecing.
